THANK YOU CARDS

I often start a painting on a 9” x 12” paper canvas.  They would often end up on my junk pile looking awful with the exception a little 3’ x 4’ area with A FEW BEAUTIFUL STOKES  AND COLORS. So amazed was I that I took a pair of scissors and cut into a little 3” x 4” rectangle and stuck it on the cover of a Thankyou Note.  Thus began my creation of over 50 thank  you cards.   A biproduct of this process is increasing my ability to create quick “thumbnail painting” as a study for a future larger painting
